In every human society, wherever it may be, requires the provision of a social order that this order or from the authorities is followed by the design of norms and rules. There are some moral norms in every society as a commonplace, which all co-operate in establishing order for a better living.

Observing ethical principles is necessary everywhere and especially in academic settings, which these are places where thousands of children and young people are trained and based on all their practices here.

Recently, on social media a video has been viral, showed immoral behavior with a school teacher by the principal of that school, for a vocation request.

However, recently a specific law on the prevention of abuse of women and children has come into force.

The Afghan Women's Network, in view of the sensitivity of these problems, request from the honorable Ministry of Education:
·         A serious review of this case and identification of the school principle.
·         In order to prevent such incidents, awareness raising campaigns should be launched for all teachers and educators on the prevention of abuse of women and children.
·         Launch monitoring programs for schools.
·         Training seminars for capacity development for those employees who are not aware of qualifications and hierarchy.
